Beach towels are provided to take to the beach or pool. Please do not take the white bath towels outside of the house. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rent at the beach. Please do not take any of the patio/porch furniture from the house.

It was a great stay! The place was easy to find and located in the perfect spot. It had all of the amenities listed and was spotlessly clean! The area is quiet at night and very comfortable.

It’s not too crowded, and the fact that it’s such a close walk makes it ideal for going in and out for one or two hour spurts at the beach or pool without too much friction. Everything felt really clean when we arrived. A few things that I really appreciated 1. The proximity to the beach 2.A lot of thoughtful small touches that make a difference. A beach umbrella, chairs, beach bag for guests meant a lot we didn’t have to pack. 3. The materials to KEEP the condo clean: a vacuum, washer/dryer, broom, dish soap, etc. during your stay. I would bring your own hand soap and toiletries though. The washer and dryer are in different rooms, so bring a laundry basket. 4. Smooth check in and communication with Gina. 5. Small things like board games and a sound machine make it a little more homey. Someone who has travelled with kids a lot set this up!

We loved our stay here! Gina was so accommodating. We had a few questions/clarifications and she was incredibly fast to respond before and during the trip. The location was exactly as described! Incredibly short walk to the beach. Super nice when carrying chairs, umbrellas and coolers. There are some stairs leading up and down to the beach, so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues. Short walk or drive to good restaurants. The pool was great. All in all a fantastic place to stay! Quiet, comfortable and relaxing. Couldn’t have wished for a better house or host! I would absolutely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb during our Florida trip! The place was clean, cozy, and perfectly located near the beach. Everything was exactly as described, with all the essentials provided. Great little beach spot with great access to beach. I love not having to take lunch, etc down to beach. Just pop back up to the condo! Also great for an early morning walk on beach. Hit the grocery on the way in or a few restaurants really close. We had a great trip and love how Gina was super quick to respond. We will be back!

Navarre beach is absolutely glorious and being in walking distance of the beach was perfect. We came in the off season so we also felt like we often had the beach and apartment complex to ourselves! We came with family so were also able to enjoy the large tennis court close by and really had a great experience at this airbnb. Gina was very responsive and helpful. The only minor drawback is that the layout meant that the living space was a bit small for having littles, but we spent so much time out and on the beach that didn't matter much. We had a lovely Thanksgiving here!

This was a last minute rental and we were so impressed with Gina and this townhome. GREAT location, easy to access the beach, 2 doors down from ice cream shop, 2 blocks to the pier and restaurants. We had such a great time and will be back!

We enjoyed spending a few days at Gina's place for a friend trip. It's a very short walk to the beach - a minute or less to get to the boardwalk that goes to the beach. Her unit was bigger than what it looked like and was clean and convenient to everything on the beach and close by. The regular supplies were given for bath stuff and kitchen. Beach towels were also provided. Beach chairs, an umbrella, some nets and sand castle buckets were provided to use. Gina was a gracious and responsive host. Our stay was enjoyable at a reasonable rate.

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home was comfortable and cozy and we felt right at home there. Being so close to the beach was definitely a plus. The pool was also great. There was so much to do in and around the area as well. I highly recommend it.

Our group had an absolutely GREAT TIME staying at Sweet Beach Sunray, very comfortable. Gina was very prompt in responding to our messages. The Location was FANTASTIC, with easy/close beach access. The amenities were WOW, TOP Notch. ........... (Beach Umbrella, chairs, Beach Towels, ETC.....) We enjoyed the area and had plenty of dinning options nearby. Highly Recommend !! Will Definitely book again :)

There is a walking/ jogging path that runs east and west alongside Gulf Blvd. Bicycles and golf carts are available to rent nearby. If driving a vehicle, there are 2 assigned parking spots available in front of the house. Parking anywhere else in the complex will result in having your vehicle towed.
