Great location! It was practically right on the beach, less than a minute walk. The house was clean and had plenty of the basic necessities. The kids really enjoyed the beach toys and the adults enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella. Gina was responsive and friendly.

My friends and I had the best little getaway! Not only was Gina a kind and quick responsive host, she had everything we could’ve needed for the perfect beach get away! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

It was a great stay! The place was easy to find and located in the perfect spot. It had all of the amenities listed and was spotlessly clean! The area is quiet at night and very comfortable.

It’s not too crowded, and the fact that it’s such a close walk makes it ideal for going in and out for one or two hour spurts at the beach or pool without too much friction. Everything felt really clean when we arrived. A few things that I really appreciated 1. The proximity to the beach 2.A lot of thoughtful small touches that make a difference. A beach umbrella, chairs, beach bag for guests meant a lot we didn’t have to pack. 3. The materials to KEEP the condo clean: a vacuum, washer/dryer, broom, dish soap, etc. during your stay. I would bring your own hand soap and toiletries though. The washer and dryer are in different rooms, so bring a laundry basket. 4. Smooth check in and communication with Gina. 5. Small things like board games and a sound machine make it a little more homey. Someone who has travelled with kids a lot set this up!

This house was so cute, clean and in a perfect location! The complex was quiet and just steps away from the beach. The house had everything you needed. There was also beach towels, beach toys, chairs and umbrellas you could use. The front of the house had a water hose to wash off sand, which was very convenient. The host Gina was very professional and responded immediately to all texts. I would recommend staying here and I will definitely rebook when I return to Navarre. 😀

We loved our stay here! Gina was so accommodating. We had a few questions/clarifications and she was incredibly fast to respond before and during the trip. The location was exactly as described! Incredibly short walk to the beach. Super nice when carrying chairs, umbrellas and coolers. There are some stairs leading up and down to the beach, so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues. Short walk or drive to good restaurants. The pool was great. All in all a fantastic place to stay! Quiet, comfortable and relaxing. Couldn’t have wished for a better house or host! I would absolutely stay here again.

Gina was a great host. We visit this location in Florida yearly. She by far has one of the best places we’ve stayed in. Clean, easy check in, and she accommodated us on a very short notice. 5/5 recommend!
